Common questions
How do I restore a purchase?
Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Manage Subscription, or iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
Where is my data?
On your device only. There is no account and nothing to sign into; deleting the
app deletes your loans. That also means they are not backed up to us — if you
need a copy, use the PDF or CSV export.
Are the numbers exact?
The amortization maths is exact. Property tax, insurance, HOA and PMI are whatever
you enter, so the total payment is only as good as those inputs. Confirm final
figures with your lender.
Which currencies are supported?
19, including USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, INR, BRL, JPY, CNY, KRW and RUB. Change it in
Settings → Currency.
